Helping Women With Hashimotoβs to shift out of feeling fatigued and fearful of food into having natural energy and feeling in control.
β I donβt know how or what to eat anymore. I have already eliminated a variety of foods and donβt feel betterβ
β I donβt know what type of supplements I need to take to decrease inflammation, I am already taking a massive amount and nothing seems to helpβ
β If only I could sleep better, I think this would help me lower my inflammation, but I just donβt seem to be able to get a good nightβs restβ
It feels you are fighting your Autoimmune instead of managing it well and eventually flourishing with it.
Here are some of the most common reasons why:
You are trying to find the ONE solution, that will heal you on all levels.
Your focus is on eliminating foods vs. creating a sustainable way of eating
Your focus is on finding the βrightβ mix of supplements that will get rid of symptoms
The focus is on scarcity, fear and restrictions.
You donβt have to fight your Autoimmune, you can thrive with it.
In over 10 years of living with Hashimotoβs myself, I have learned, that there is a GAP in our health care system.
The GAP is:
Lack of guidance on researched nutrition information for Autoimmune and chronic inflammation
Embodiment of the nutritional changes that need to be implemented
Understanding how food can be your ally in restoring health
My approach is different.
I offer an innovative approach that includes:
Education on nutrients and their effects in the body to help reduce inflammation
Consistent implementation of what you learn, so that knowledge gets transferred into actionable steps that bring results
A whole body system approach, taking into consideration that everything in the body is connected and needs support to restore
Ongoing support and accountability by holding your hand when the going gets rough
No quick fix here.
It is the method I apply in my life and the method I teach and guide my clients through.
I offer an innovative approach that combines principles of digestive wellness, functional nutrition, therapeutic foods and a holistic lifestyle approach to help people recover from within.
My unique toolkit provides strategies to help you find abundant energy, less inflammation, lessened food sensitives and re-discover the joy in your life.
Hi, Iβm Cordula.
Iβm a certified holistic nutritionist and
I support women with Hashimotoβs to
step out of food overwhelm
eliminate food intolerances and bloating
increase gut health and energy
through the power of whole food nutrition, therapeutic foods and consistent lifestyle changes.
One important step to tackling fatigue, bloating and food intolerances is re-aligning gut health.
It all began when I was diagnosed with PCOS and Hashimotoβs Thyroiditis after my second daughter was born - over a decade ago.
I never felt myself anymore, the fatigue was overtaking my life, I was barely able to get through my days, let alone actively enjoying my life.
I felt my life was passing me by and I started to experience symptoms, such as bloating, constipation, eczema, hormone imbalances and very low moods.
I knew, I had to take control in order to life an abundant life, for family and myself.
So I decided to invest in myself and signed up for nutrition school. After 2 years I graduated from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition with Merit and continued my studies under Josh Gitalis, Clinical Nutritionist
And my life completely changed, for the better.
